These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and KYZMYT, LLC ("Kyzmyt," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the Kyzmyt platform at kyzmyt.com.
By creating an account, clicking "I Agree," or using any part of the platform, you confirm that:

Kyzmyt is the world's first verified dating platform. Verification is not optional. No member may send messages, view other profiles, or access any interactive features without completing both:
Background check results are delivered directly from Checkr to our database via cryptographically signed webhook. No user, administrator, or Kyzmyt employee can alter these results. Your verification status is the permanent, unmodifiable record of your background check outcome. This is non-negotiable.
Verification fees are non-refundable. They cover the cost of the Stripe Identity and Checkr services.
Kyzmyt reserves the right to deny platform access to any individual whose background check returns results we determine are incompatible with member safety, at our sole discretion.
Kyzmyt is currently available to residents of the United States. International availability may be added in the future.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately at safety@kyzmyt.com.
All payments are processed by Stripe. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. To cancel, visit your Profile settings or the Stripe billing portal. Partial months are not refunded. Verification fees ($5 and $30) are non-refundable under any circumstances.
The following behaviors will result in immediate, permanent account termination:
You retain ownership of the content you post on Kyzmyt. By posting content, you grant KYZMYT, LLC a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating the platform.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms without notice.
Kyzmyt provides optional safety tools including the Date Check-In System. The Date Check-In System is a safety tool, not a guarantee of safety. Kyzmyt is not responsible for your physical safety on dates arranged through the platform. Always meet in public places, tell someone where you are going, and trust your instincts.
Mandatory background checks significantly reduce — but cannot eliminate — risk. A clean background check does not guarantee safe behavior.
Kyzmyt uses Claude AI (Anthropic) to generate compatibility scores, icebreakers, and date dares. These features are provided for entertainment and connection purposes. AI-generated content may not always be accurate or appropriate. Compatibility scores are not scientific measures and should not be the sole basis for any decision.
THE KYZMYT PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KYZMYT, LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, KYZMYT, LLC'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE PLATFORM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO KYZMYT IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) $100.
You may delete your account at any time from your Profile settings. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms, harm to the community, law enforcement requests, or platform discontinuation.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Summit County, Ohio.
Informal Resolution First: Before filing any legal action, you agree to contact us at legal@kyzmyt.com and give us 30 days to attempt informal resolution.
Class Action Waiver: To the fullest extent permitted by law, you waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Kyzmyt.
We may update these Terms as the platform grows. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of Kyzmyt after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
