You create an account with your real name and email. No interaction features are available yet.
You submit a government-issued photo ID and complete a liveness check via Stripe Identity. Cost: $5 one-time, non-refundable.
Checkr runs a national criminal background check and sex offender registry screening. Results are delivered directly from Checkr to our database via a cryptographically signed webhook — no human can intercept or alter them. Cost: $30 one-time, non-refundable.
Once both checks pass, your profile receives a verified badge. You can now discover, match, and message other verified members.
Background check results are permanent and unalterable — not even Kyzmyt administrators can modify them. If a check does not pass, the account cannot access interactive features and may be denied entirely.
You've matched, you've chatted, and now you're going on a real-world date. Kyzmyt's check-in system has your back.
From the Messages screen, start a date check-in before your date begins. Enter your phone number and designate a trusted emergency contact.

After your date, open the app and confirm you're safe. Takes five seconds.
If your check-in goes unconfirmed past the window, your emergency contact receives an automatic SMS alert. You can also text "SAFE" to resolve it remotely.

Safety reports are reviewed on a priority basis. Severe violations result in immediate account suspension pending review.
Harassment, threats, and romance scam attempts are met with immediate permanent bans. We will cooperate with law enforcement on matters involving criminal behavior.
The reporting member's identity is never revealed to the person being reported. You will receive a confirmation email when your report has been reviewed.
